Return and Exchange Policy for Ayurvedic Medicine
At Ovitas Ayurveda, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our Ayurvedic products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to make the process as smooth as possible.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- We accept returns and exchanges for unused and unopened products within 2 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at +91 8287089990 or ovitasayurveda@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you have received your RMA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
3. Refunds and Exchanges:
- Upon receipt of the returned item(s), our team will inspect the products to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
- If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment or offer an exchange for a replacement product, as per your preference.
- Refunds may take 3 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
4. Defective or Damaged Products:
- In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
- We may require photo evidence of the defect or damage to expedite the resolution process.
- Depending on the circumstances, we will provide a replacement product, issue a refund, or offer store credit as compensation.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
- For health and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including opened or used Ayurvedic medicines, perishable items, and items that are not in their original condition.
